BookTeller is an application service that converts e-books into audiobooks. Users can upload EPUB format e-books, and our system will generate corresponding audio versions.

2. Pricing and Payment

• The system automatically calculates conversion prices based on uploaded e-books
• Users must complete payment after confirming the price before the conversion process begins
• All payments are one-time fees, and refunds are not supported

3. User Responsibilities

Users commit that their uploaded e-books:

• Have legal right of use or ownership
• Do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Do not contain any illegal or inappropriate content

4. Intellectual Property

Users retain all rights to their uploaded content. The Application only provides conversion services and does not claim any rights to user-uploaded content.

5. Service Limitations

• The Application only supports EPUB format e-book conversion
• Converted audio content is for the uploading user's personal use only
• Commercial use of generated audio content is prohibited

6. Disclaimer

The Application is not responsible for:

• Conversion failures due to issues with user-uploaded e-book formats
• Differences between conversion results and user expectations in terms of reading effects
• Service interruptions or delays due to force majeure

7. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes through appropriate means.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
